No notice of Denial Also I never have gotten a notice of denial. I called the national customer hotline and they said they were supposed to send a notice of denial if it was filed too early. I never got it either.

I moved to Hawaii on 7/31/2012 from California. I filed my N-400 on 10/29/2012. I took the test and I passed. But my entire application was withdrawn because of the 90 day issue. Do I have to pay again to put my file in again? I heard that there were at least 2 chances when you fail a test, but...
