    Hello when returning from India, can i use my AP for entry and my wife use her H4 (or my kid use her H4)? Thanks.

    Changing companies with EAD

    hi folks couldn't find answer for this in FAQ (may be it is obvious). i just got my EAD a week back. does this mean i can switch companies without any restrictions? or is there a wait period, before i can do that? assuming that AOS approval happens a long time later. thanks.

    AP travel and H1

    Hi I have H1 extension till May 2005, but my Visa has expired. My 485 in progress. If I use AP to return after foreign travel, is my H1 still valid or do I become an 'Adjustee'. i haven't received or used EAD. Thanks.
