Labor Processing Times in California Due to 245i Part6

Case # Nkelkar, I looked again at my EDD receipt, and my case number is definitely 1396xx, with PD of 10/1/2001. One more of EDD/DOL mysteries, I guess.

Labor Processing Times in California Due to 245i Part6

Let's see It took them 1 week to process 2 days worth of RIR and about 6 weeks to process 1 day worth of non-RIR. Back in March/April they were hiding behind "training new employees". These new employees should be experts by now. Can we try and find out when their going to pull their hands...

Labor Processing Times in California Due to 245i Part6

As of today (5/29) 08/09/2001 for RIR, 4/13/2001 non-RIR So, I don\'t know where does info about late August cases being transferred come from. As far as I know, when they tell they process 8/9 they mean that they process cases from 8/9 or before, not 8/9 or later.

Info. about 245(i). Please... any advise is greatly appreciated

Jim, what\'s your opinion as a lawyer ? Jim, What is your professional opinion on 245i ? For me, as a legal green card applicant, this law looks as something encouraging law breaking and illegal immigration. I see lots of other "legals" as myself on this board (as well as in my...

Labor Processing Times in California Due to 245(i) Part 5

True .... I remember how INS used to do it, when transferring my H1. I went nuts, \'cause my case was approved *1 month* after they announced processing of my PD.

Labor Processing Times in California Due to 245(i) Part 5

Are you sure ? Cindrella, did you ask EDD person about the current date ? I hope it\'s true, if it is, it will be a really good Valentine\'s Day ... even better if June 22nd doesn\'t become a pattern. As for bugging people @ EDD, they\'re themself to blame. They don\'t have any other means...

Labor Processing Times in California Due to 245(i) Part 5

You\'re welcome to ask them ... You can call 916-464-3400 and ask them :-) I forgot to do so when I called yesterday. More ideas for questions to be asked: 1) how many June, 22nd cases they still have left ? 2) how many total June 22nd cases did they have ? 3) when they plan to be done...
