A) My current H1 & I-94 expires on March 31, 2003. My company has filed for a H1 extension in Dec 2002, however, looking at the slow speed of VSC, it does not seem that I'll get a result before March 31, 2003. Can I still work even after March 31, 2003? If yes, for how long? Is my status valid...
