One more question, If I apply I-130 for my siblings, the consulate in their resident country will be notified and they can no longer apply for B-1/B-2 visiting visa?

Hi: I am trying to apply GC for my siblings, I have tried search through the archive, but was not successful, not sure how it works. Anyway, anyone can point me to some web sites or links on how to start? Any rules on the sibling's children? Thanks! Jes
