I am updating with the news every morning. It was a horrible news, a 19 year old student, was dragged Niagara Falls International and presumed drowned after falling from a railing along the Canadian side of Niagara River, Niagara Parks, police said on Monday. The woman was visiting the falls with a friend at about 8:30 ,last Sunday when she climbed onto the railing and while holding an umbrella. The woman apparently lost her balance and fell into the water when she got up to go further, police said. She fell into a fast moving river, about 80 meters upstream from the edge of Horseshoe Falls.
