jk0274, No I did not receive any request for new FP. I think USCIS will use the old FPs per some new regulations.

I have just added mine too to that list... RFEs are nasty and a headache... I hope I do not receive another one for my pending I485!

imli, This is what happened with me. I was with a University as a research associate post doc, and I left to the industry. I recently got my I140 approved, and now waiting to hear something about my pending I485. From my position in the industry, I continue to write papers, review papers...

do you mean this case: http://www.trackitt.com/member/I140PA/ It is great to see EB2-NIW approvals... and particularly from NSC. I just wonder why all of these RFEs about. At trackitt, I noticed that 25% of approved NSC EB2-NIW cases have received RFEs before approval.
