I married AC while i have a pending asylem case, may i file i-485?
I Have a pending asylem case. My court date is June 1, 2006. I got married 2 month ago. May I file I-485 as a wife of US citizen? Is it possible to close my asylem case? As far as i know my hasband can not file I-130, because i'm in removal prosses. Right?- Jenya
