need to file agian I had a same situation my attoney filed a new i-140 based on the new company and I am waitng again for that approval. This situation is really bad i think because we are very close and going farther again.

No Title I have pretty much same situations like yours, if your I140 approved then your attorney need to send a letter to the INS about the new company. Post your e-mail address then we can talk privatly our situations. Jeff

I am a foreign pharmacy student and passed the FPGE exam and TOEFL. I am writing TSE last 20 times and getting 45 score but I need 50 score to get the FPGEE certificate unfortunately I am loosing my carrier very soon because of this TSE. Any body had these same situation help me. I think TSE is...
