So I had my green card interview today with a witch! She eventually took my I-94 and told me to wait for the decision in the mail.

He does not qualify to adjust status in the US. He would need to get a waiver to even re-enter. Not sure what USCIS would say about the illegal re-entry.

Has anyone here gotten a combo card (E.A.D/A.P.) recently? I got mine and it only came by itself no papers for stamping should I decide to use it. Is this normal?

Overstaying a fiancee visa is not good thing at all. The visa has conditions you have to abide by and if you don't, then chances are slim to none to adjust status.

Few questions: What is your current uscis status? What was the basis of the denial for adjusment? Are you in removal proceedings?
