Address change => case transfer

Hi, Quick question regarding address change - my case is currently assigned to San Jose INS office. Would moving to San Francisco (and filing AR-11 and notifying INS) atutomatically trigger transfer of my case to San Francisco local office? And would that imply further delays? I would like...
