Thanks very much. I think the question now is, what steps does he has to take to make it happen? Is there a form to complete to make this change? Does he needs to convey the information about his new marital status to Kentucky before the interview date? Just what are the steps to get this...

There is this guy who is already scheduled for interview in September 2009. At the time of completing the form, he was not yet legally married. Now he is, he wants to know what exactly he must, or forms to file, etc? Is that even posible? What should I tell this guy??? Thanks
