    I am assuming that my I-140 is also approved but my lawyer said that he haven't receive anything. Anyway, I will still go on with my passport stamping and see what happens.

    Guys, Do any of you know a case where the I-485 was approved while the I-140 is still pending? I received my I-485 approval notice a week ago and the online inquiry also says that it is already approved. However, the online inquiry still says that my I-140 is pending. jay_em
