    Hi All, I would appreciate if someone can provide any information. US citizen is filing a GC for parents, and he doesn't have marriage certificate for parents who are 65+ yrs old. Is there an alternate document that can be produced? Thanks in advance. Jassu

    I am already in USA on H1B and my employer has filed I-140 for me under EB3. Is there a possibility that my brother can file I-130+I-485 for me concurrently?
