I also think so. May be too many unqualified people are trying their luck in this category. But I really don't know how to find the number of applications with solid credentials or otherwise.

Recently I talked with an attorney, he told me that because of too many NIW applications recently, this category has become extremely difficult. He told me that USCIS is rejecting almost 70% of the cases. I don't know how accurate this information is, but this indeed is frightening. :eek:
