Hello, How long will we have to reply to the RFE ? The RFE we recieved is dated Dec 16th 2004, it does not say by what date we need to reply. I am replying to it today, but, just wanted to know, what is a typical timeframe. Thanks

In my case, USCIS says, they sent the original I-693 form back, but my lawyer says, they have sent the RFE only and not the I-693 form. Will it be alright if the doctor fills in a new I-693 with the previous information and update the vaccination information on that form? Do you guys think...
