Hi My Husband is on L1A visa.he will comple 7 years stay in June 2012.I am on H1. My question is 1. Can my husband tranfer to F1 and stay in US after 7 years. 2. After one year study on F1 Visa,can he apply for H1 or L1 with same company or else he has to be out of country for one year...
