my first court date
last week was my first court date. went in front of the judge, she looked at my papers and asked if i had any responces from ins so the lawyer showed her my EAD and finger printing letters that i recieved and then without asking anything further she said i set the next date...
If u got married while u were in status u will be fine but if its otherwise, I would put it mildly take a lawyer w/u. INS looks at it in a diff way no matter how solid the marriage is.......

checked the online tracking and message is changed to EAD approved will be mailed to u. i will update the file once Ead is recieved........

That is true if I-140 is approved the judge can issue GC, The judge cant rule on I-140 but he/she has the authority over I-485. I am aware of such cases that happened in the past but I don’t think I will be that lucky since my I-140 was just filed in Jan 03. I pray my I-140 gets approved b4 my...
Yes…..if ur I-140 is approved u will be fine, if mine was approved I would have been OK too, at least that’s what the INS agent said.
