I have been married for 5yrs, in the USA for 8yrs.
I have been placed on a removal proceeding since 2007 up to date, my next immigration court date is in April 2012. I have gone for the USCIS interview i-130 have been approved in 2007 and but employment Authourization ( EAD) was denied.
Could you advise on what to do in order to at least get an employment authorization so as not to loss my family.
