I contacted them and they couldn't provide me with any information!..So what I would do is sending the forms again for the last time but before sending them I would like you if you wish to revise it with me in order not to make any mistake and besides you have the experience in filling the forms since your forms have been accepted by them!

I just received from their behalf the same message, it is very confusing and irritating. Did you try to send them an e-mail through KCC?. How did they respond and how do you know if your forms are complete?! What shall I do?!

Finally, after surfing this forum I became very confused as people mentioning that you need to send the documents (police report, birth certificate....etc) along with the forms. Also, the symbol NL is anonymous to me and need clarification for it!!

What do you think the incomplete part in part 1?... :S and what would you suggest to do??!!..

On the 17th of November, I sent KCC an e-mail concerning my processing status, they replied by the status is currently processing. Two weeks later, sent a similar e-mail and KCC replied

" The DS 230 Part 1 you submitted for the principal applicant was incomplete. Additional forms may be downloaded from http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/forms/forms_1342.html. Please return the form(s) back to the KCC so that your case may continue processing"

I myself was confused, so I sent another e-mail questioning the part that was missing but unfortunately no specific information was given and the same above e-mail was sent to me. At that point, did not know what to do!. As a result, sent them the forms again but this time handwritten with me actually signing the forms not typed as did previously. Two days later, sent an e-mail concerning my status and they replied by forms received and currently processing and I myself currently waiting :)

Therefore, I gave them the address and informed it will be delivered in a month. I waited for six weeks and didn't receive anything so i emailed the usafis and were surprised that didn't receive it, therefore, they offered me two options; either to resend it or to contact KCC in order to send the letter, of course I contacted KCC through e-mail and they informed me that it's not a mandatory to send the bar code along with the forms. As a result, I sent only the forms typed (not written and not signed by my hand) along with my pictures on the 14th of september.

let me start the story from the beginning.. I registered last year with usafis organization..at the beginning of July, i received an email from their behalf that i have been selected for dv-2011. They provided me with the information in which to make sure that I have been selected at dvselectee site (i.e. confirmation #, last name, and date of birth ) so I checked and they were actually right. Afterwords, they asked me for the address in which they would send the selectee letter that includes the bar code in which I would must send along with the forms to the KCC department .

I would like to ask you a question.. What are the documents you need to send with the forms (Ds-230 part 1 & 2) and what does it mean when KCC reply through e-mail that form DS-230 part 1 is incomplete?!! .In addition, what does 1st NL and 2nd NL represent?!
