We filed seperatley, as she wasnt making any income and I was making below the minimum required to pay taxes on for those working overseas. I have filed my taxes every year. So the marriage certificate and my tax transcript should be sufficient to prove income from when got married to this date?

Thats what I thought. We do have a joint bank account in the US, and I can provide pay slips for the past 3 years. However do I still need to fill out form I-130? Will they recognize that as proof of support or are there any other forms required?
