E-Verify Program

My son is waiting for result of H1 B visa. Meanwhile his 12 months OPT period expires on 15th May,08. unfortunately his employers are not enrolled for E-Verify Program. What is he supposed to do so that his stay in USA is not put in jeopardy. A. K. Jain
