USA citizen x immediate relative with removal order record.
How can i help my parents get their green card. I am 22 years old born in USA but in college in Brasil where my parents and two other USA born brothers are. They have applied for labor certification and granted one in 1999, their attorney back then was involved in fraud and eventually sentenced jail time. They hired another attorney who pick up their file but did not continue the case which has notice of denie if not responded in 30 days. Unfortunetely we decide not to follow up the case since the sponsor back then has already sold out his business. Today they are considering the possibility ( if any) of moving back to USA, recently they had a turist Visa rejected, the consul said that there is a REMOVAL on my father. He did overstayed, what can I do for them ?
