    New law and priority dates!

    Hi, I understand that the new law enforced "all priority dates to be current no later than December 2000 except EB3 other workers". Why don\'t we see that implemented as yet? Is the INS bound to follow the law? Amazed!

    RFE for NIW, help

    No Title Hi Jili, i had received a similar RFE but after replying to all the queiries I had my I140 approved under NIW this July. Try to answer all the questions and don\'t neglect any. If you get a second RFE again things can become harder so do all the work now.
