I485 at VSC phone system did not change to "RFE", but attorney said so...
Please help! I-485 EB3 RD: 9/9/99 ND: 9/29/99 FP: 8/8/00 My attorney told me the INS sent a letter to request for my updated "employment letter". But I called VSC auto message system, it did NOT say they requested RFE, the message is still saying under reviewing...- jackliu
