hello.. i need help .. i live in us for 11 years no criminal record.. last year i got public intoxication,, now in 2011 i got reyected my naturalization.. what i should do? i have 29 days to appeal but i have to pay another u$ 650.

I got public intoxication in 2010 now in 2011 i got inelegible for naturalization N-400.. what i should do now? i have 30 day to appeal ,but i have to pay another U$650, please i need more advisors, thx!
