    485 approved while in India. No AP, but valid H1b stamped on passport

    Till now I am/was on H1b (valid visa stamped on my passport till 5/12/2006, never changed to EAD) but just learnt that my I-485 has been approved. I did apply for advanced parole coming to India but realizing that it takes 2-3 months, didnt' wait to get it through and came without approved AP...
