    L-1 to H-1 switching

    Am currently working here on L-1 and the project is likely to go for another 2-3 months. If another company sponsors my H-1 now and say while awaiting approval at INS,my current company files extension for L-1,will there be any problem in this? Thanks for any replies!!!:confused:
