hello all, I was wondering if the large companies or investment banks etc., are usually willing to give their offer letters with changed job titles to meet TN requirements? are they reluctant to do that for some potential legal ramifications?

hi nelsona, thank you for your reply. I am not concerned as much about getting charged the local/international fee, as the possible complications that may arise in me applying for a TN1 just a semester ahead of getting an F1. Hopefully they'll not e too picky about that.

Just to add a couple of things, the company I was supposed to work for has not notified INS. Do I have to notify INS about this situation? Even if I decide to leave now, I will need time to pack up my belongings, how should this situation be dealt with?
