    Anybody that did FP on or after Nov 01 2000 and have got an approval?

    No Title I had my FP done on October 31st in New York(I am EB-1, India). Still have not heard anything from the INS. Wondering what the expected wait time is?

    EB1/I-485 Question

    I am in the EB1 category (Citizenship: India) and had my fingerprints done on 12/31/2000 in New Rochelle. I still have not heard anything from Vermont. How long is the expected time for approval after the fingerprinting is done? Sanjay.
