Gurus, I have filed my I-485 half a year ago. I am on H-1 and do not have a stamp. Now I am travelling back to home country in 2 weeks. Do I have to get AP? Can I go back and apply for an H-1 stamp? If so, does it affect my I-485? Thanks very much!
