I would like to know if somebody understand my status here in US. Basically, I'm an H4 visa holder and I'm not Physical Therapy Licensed in my country. I want to change my status from H4 to H1B or greencard through US employer.
My questions are:
1. Am I exempted to process visa screening?
2. What organizations authorized to process Visa Screen Certificate for Physical Therapist?
3.What organizations allowed an applicant to process visa screen even without PT license from country of origin?
Actually, I want to save time and money for processing.
