Thanks for your response. If my consulting company, for whom I took this W2 offer, is willing to respond RFE mentioning me as a full time employee, will that be safe? or better to get a permanent offer from some other company.

My I-485 has been pending more than 180 days and I took Contract-W2 offer from a consulting company so my employment with this company will be temporary and I am a contract employee for them. Please let me know will it make a major issue when I will respond to RFEs. Do I need to be in a...
