    I post mailed my parents I130 for CP in 1st week of April. I received NOA1 in 3rd week of April. I haven't received NOA2 (I 797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice) yet. The average time as shown on USCIS website is 5 months. Is this timeframe for receiving NOA2? I thought the 5 months time...
