Same boat I am also confused whether to use AC21 twice or not. The Client I have been working for want to make me a direct employee. Job decription will be nealy same but some more might get added. The salary, wok location etc is also same.

my 2 cents I think 'same or similar' will be decided on the basis of title, description, category and occupation code in "approved labor LCA750" with title, description etc on your current 'job offer letter' and/or 'AC21 letter from employer to USCIS'
