    Handicap parking ticket - N-400

    I got handicap parking ticket in NJ about 2 years back and I'm applying for citizenship now. Should I mention that in the form and if so then against which question?

    But it says "If you have taken any trip outside the United States that lasted 6 months or more since becoming a Lawful Permanent Resident". It says since becoming Lawful Permanent Resident and not last 5 years and as I said I was out for 2 years from 2004 to 2006.
