IO is what that matters My father entered SFO y'day on B2. The only question that he was asked is whether he had grandkids. IO replied that his presence was required for his grandkids and stamped full 6 months. :)

Details Applied at CSC end of April. Original I-94 expiry date was Apr 30th. Recevied denial notice on Jul 19th.

Another B2 extension rejected My in-laws B2 got rejected at California service center. Letter says that reason for extension was not sufficient and no supporting documents for owning property abroad. Reason that we provided for their extension was travelling to other parts of the country.

She can wait for for result After application has been sent to INS, visitor can remain within US until he/she hears back from INS. If the reply is negative i.e. denial, then she has to leave within 2 weeks after receiving the reply.

Guess its 2 weeks Heard that its 2 weeks from the date on your denial notice. But if you receive the notice itself by mail a week after the date...then its not going to be ur problem... BTW, any reason for denial? Is it the first extension? How many times has he visited before and for how long?

No documents needed Since they have 10-year visa, no documents are needed to enter US. Please post their experience at SFO airport immigration counter after they arrive.
