I have sent my AP docs to NJ centre couple of days back as I live in NJ. I recieved all my AP papers back in-tact saying me to apply in person as they will be processed the same day. Is this a new rule NJ has started.

This has happened to me earlier.....because of some typo error made by the rep at VSC. My Card was sent to some other address.. and returned back to VSC as address not found. Fortunately, that address wasn't existing, else..i would have landed in more trouble. Call them back..talk with...
