I-140 approved , I-485 applied, H1- 8th year
Hello Gurus, 1. I(along with family) applied for my I-485 in Aug '07. 2. I-140 got approved in Sep '07 3. My 8th yr H1 would expire in April '08 4. My driver license will also expire in April '08 What are my next steps? Do I get H1 extension OR as I am 485(adjustment) pending status, it...- imm36
