Need help with I-765 questions. Original I-130 denied;order for hold of deportation granted by 9th circuit 10/08. Filed for work auth 11/08, denied 3/09. Filed letter for reconsideration 5/30/09 and still no answer. Does anyone know if a person can work while case is pending appeal or not? When they send the denial application, immigration really knows how to "play with the words". Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
