    Dear Rajiv Ji, Looking for your guidance I am a J-1 visa holder and subjected to the two-year home country residency requirement. Can I apply for National Interest Waiver (NIW) based From I-140 petition now, and get my J-1 waiver thereafter? Thanks for your time and I appreciate your answer.
