    AS status for i-485

    i am i730 beneficiary, last year i got V92 visa ,and came to US .is this called "derivative asylum"? the I-94 is showing "asylum status granted pursuant to sec 208(c) ina." i have been here for whole one year . and i'm applying GC but i have some questions on I-485 1,current USCIS...
