CP in Naples, Italy (NPL)

Hi, Anybody has any experience with NPL? My case has been sent to them on Nov 22 2005 and I haven't heard back from them? I am wondering about the usual stuff, I guess: how long does it take to get an interview, how in advance is the interview scheduled, etc. Thanks in advance!
