    Can I file two NIW apps simultaneously at two INS Centers?

    I recently filed an NIW application at the Nebraska center (RD 05/27/2003). It seems that CSC is processing these applications really fast. Can I file another application at CSC simultaneously? Has anyone any experience with this? Thanks Idli
