    Hi, I am on L1A visa. I want to get my parents (dependent on me) to the US. What category of visa do they need to have in order to come and stay with me for as long as i do? On B1/B2 - they will be able to stay with me only for few months ... Thanks

    Hi, I worked in the US for about 3 years on L1B visa. I came back to India 3 years back. I'm planning to go back to the US on L1A visa. In my case, since i have stayed in the US for 3 years earlier, what is the maximum that i'm allowed to stay ... is it 7-3=4 years or ... will the clock...
