I am still on F-1, I have never being out of status and I am currently in a university for over 3 years now. I was just wondering if there are other ways my brother could file for me without waiting that long period of years (10) in other to be eligible for status adjustment.

Thanks for your reply.. what are the paper work does he need to fill out and which paper work do i need to complete too?Do you have any idea how long it would take me to get my green card if we both have all the paper work filled out and turned for processing?

I have being in the united States for some years going to college, my older brother, who is a pharmacist and has being in the States for over 35years is willing to file for me but he doesn"t know what to claim me as. He has technically being my father after our dad deceased some couple of years...
