    My OR PD is current. Under this condition, is there any benefit to file a new i140 with an earlier PD? Thanks

    I submitted i140 OR in July 2005 and got approved in Feb 2006, and my 485 is pending since Sept 2005. Recently my labor certificate got approved. It has a much earlier priority date (2003). Should I apply a I140 based on the LC and link it to the pending 485? Is there any benefit to do so...
