Can anyone help me please , give an estimate idea when I can expect I 130 approval

My Lawyer called USCIS on 06/15/2010 they told him that it will take around 30days to give the decision on my I130 , tomorrow will be 30days i did not see any update on my case.

Could someone help me regarding my i130. I just want to know how long it will take to get an approval Here are the details: i130 received date: 04/14/2008 vermont service center notice date:04/22/2008 transfer to national benefit center: 01/04/2010 visa is available as of July 01 , 2010

My i130 priority date is current since july 2010 visa bulletin i130 still not approved

I13O RECEIVED DATE: 04/22/2008 cat. F2A TRANSFER FROM VSC TO NBC DATE: 01/04/2010 I filed I130 for my spouse on 04/22/2008 and it was transfer to nbc on 01/04/2010 priority date current as of 07/01/2010 anybody please know how long it will take to get approve.
