Needing information on "relief after being in usa for 10 years"
I currently have a deportation order issued in February of 2007. The deportation order was issued because i did not attend my Master Hearing for my Asylum case. I understand i have to write an argument to have my case opened again. But i need information on how i can go about this. Also i read about this Immigration Relief that is being granted to people who have been in USA for 10 years continuously. When i read it i met the criteria needed to qualify for this, but i cannot locate the article now, or remember where i read it. So if anyone has information, please let me know.
