and what is that mean ( September is the last year of their visa quota ) ?
at least i can expect my visa one year from now ?
or it may take more ??
and one last thing, do i need pay and get immigration lawyer for my case or everything is normal ...

yes i just checked upcoming month's visa bulletin: September 2010
it's on 01JAN06 for 1st FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCES
we call NVC and they said my case was approved on FEB 2008
i checked Archived visa bulletins and i notice that they process 4 months each month .. am i right...
